Kristin Griffith is a writer, LGBTQ+ advocate, and product marketing consultant in the tech industry.

Kristin has authored numerous publications, including the book, “Rush: Memoir of a Gay Sorority Girl” and In Your Eyes (in “Secret Sisters: Stories of Being Lesbian and Bisexual in a College Sorority”). She is currently working on two feature film screenplays, both romances showcasing queer female characters. Kristin has spoken at book clubs and university, sorority, and corporate events.

She grew up in Nashville and Dallas before getting her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and her master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Rice University. After her master’s, she moved to San Francisco and spent three years as a leadership development consultant before earning her MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management in Marketing and Entertainment. She has experience in Marketing at companies such as Netflix, Warner Bros., Intuit, PayPal, Adobe, and Meta.

Kristin currently volunteers for the Trevor Project, plays drums for the Neon Bandits, and lives in Oakland with her wife and rescue dog.
